Trial
How Does Free Trial Work?
Our free trial allows you to use Samurai XDR for free for 30 days. During the trial you have access to all our functionality. You don't need to provide any payment details to start a trial. What's more, the trial does not limit how many endpoints you connect to the platform!
What happens when the trial ends?
At the end of the trial, we will reach out to you asking if you would like to sign up. If the answer is yes, we will send you a unique link to convert your trial to a monthly paid subscription. Of course, you will be required to provide payment card details. At this point, select the number of endpoints you wish to purchase.
Once processed, you can continue using your tenant as a paying customer. All the configurations and data from the trial period will be preserved.
Alternatively, if you chose to leave us, we will hold onto your data for one week. After one week we will delete all your data. This cannot be reversed.
In both cases, we will send you a short survey where you can provide us feedback regarding your experience.

How can I buy your software?
We encourage that you undertake the 30-Day Free Trial first. If your satisfied with the result, then you can buy the number of endpoints required. We provide a calculator on the pricing page so you know what your monthly spend will be. Think of this as one month for free. As mentioned above, a purchase link will be sent to you just prior to the completion of the trial.
How long are your contracts?
No long-term contracts are required! Our Standard plan is month to month and you can cancel anytime. For more information, refer to our Terms.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?
You can easily change the number of endpoints you buy and data from your trial period will remain in place.

Does Samurai XDR integrate with other applications and systems?
Absolutely! A core component of XDR is its ability to integrate telemetry from a variety of systems. This is an area we are continuously improving. You can find a list of our supported integrations in our Knowledge Base. As we will always be adding to this list, bookmark it and re-visit frequently!
How do you protect your customers' data?
All the data you send to us and all your data that we store in Samurai XDR is encrypted both in flight and at rest.
How do you provide support?
Customer support is available for all subscriptions including trials. Your team can contact our support directly in the Samurai XDR app or by email.

What is an endpoint?
We consider this to be any device or service that can be monitored by our service. This includes laptop/desktop, or compute, on-premises or in the cloud. Each endpoint will have a standard allocation of storage – irrespective of its type. Network devices, OT or embedded devices, and mobile-phones are NOT counted as endpoints.
Do you provide an endpoint agent?
We do not provide you with an agent. We do support a number of EDR products, please refer to our Knowledge Base.
